Great Backpack for Law Students
I ordered this backpack in an effort to have a backpack for law school that would (1) hold everything I needed it to hold and (2) look somewhat professional so if I had to use it when I was dressed professionally, it did not look really out of place. I got the backpack in black, and after a full year of using it, I cannot sing enough praises for it. I wanted something plain enough I could keep using it, but also I just wanted some basic features. I got everything I wanted and more with this backpack. This backpack is extremely light, but it is also sturdy. I have thrown this bag around not-too-gently in classrooms, in my car, the library, etc. and there is not a single sign of strain on the stitches. It holds up to three casebooks (which are THICK), five folders, my laptop, as well as a few other miscellaneous things such as my planner, pencil case, and even a bookstand on top of the books. Because of the top drawstring, I have been able to fit a lot in the bag going back and forth to school, and it does not strain my shoulders walking with it, which surprised me because of what felt like a lack of padding on the straps. The bag also does not look bulky even when filled to bulging. The benefit too is that when I only have a few things to carry, the bag is so light on its own.The side pockets for the water bottles are DEEP - I have fit two small juice bottles in one before. It is super convenient, and the loops on the side are a great place for me to put a lanyard for my school ID. The top compartment is so convenient as well for things I need to have quick access to, like my laptop charger and wallet, and because they are at the top, they do not get squished by everything else. The material of the back is reasonably water-repellant. I have never tried it for an extended period in a downpour, but for the short walks between my school and the parking garage in a deluge, my stuff remained dry. The material is also really nice to put pins and patches on it, so I am looking forward to personalizing mine a bit more.I highly, highly recommend this backpack to anyone, student or otherwise. I am looking forward in the future to using this backpack on short weekend travels, because I think it would be a great travel backpack as well, especially with the hidden travel pocket against the back. There are a few things that might be considered "cons" for the bag:1. There is no padding for the laptop sleeve - this did not bother me, because I had another laptop case I have been using for years, and it fits right into it. This was actually a "pro" for me, since when I do not have my laptop with me the laptop pouch lies flat with the back and does not take up a lot of room2. Because of how the backpack is made, it does not stand up on its own. This is another thing that did not bother me - normally when I need it to stand up, I just put my laptop cover into the laptop sleeve and it gives it enough structure to stand up when leaned against a tableTL;DR: All in all, this is an absolutely fantastic bag to get, and is quite honestly a steal at the price-point. I love this bag dearly, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Found it a bit Big
I didn’t think the Bag would be so big, it was. It’s about 2.5 ft tall, But overall would make a great travel bag!

Outstanding bag! Perfect for travel.
I fly for a living, take this bag everywhere and it never disappoints. Plenty of room in the rucksack and a couple of very well designed organizer pockets. Favorite part, deep side pockets for beverages, holds a liter water bottle no problem! Oh yeah, fits under the seat in front of you, perfect!

It’s an absolute unit.
(Don’t mind the patches and pins. As soon as I got it, I went into designing overdrive.)So I just got the backpack today. But I can already tell this one is an absolute unit. The main pocket is very deep, the pockets are very large all of them. And the main pocket can definitely fit another textbook or two standard 1 1/2 inch binders (I checked). So that’s one standard one subject notebook, 2 folders, one inch binder, and Literature textbook. The material is very solid there is two layers the top layer being the polyester that you see on the outside. Then, the waterproof which is the light grey that see in the inside which feels like a version of nylon. But it didn’t melt when I attached my patches. Also, the anti-theft pocket in the back you can barely feel the stuff you put in there because of the back padding. I put a bunch of pens, a cheap tape plastic holder, scissors, and foldable lunchbox. I didn’t feel it. Now the main compartment’s pockets. The laptop pocket can definitely fit a 15 inch no problem. My XPS 13 9380 looks tiny in this bag. And the two other pockets are surprisingly deep, really. I fit my scientific calculator in there with 2 inches to spare from the top. Then, the front pockets. They are huge too. The one on the flap is nothing for my all pens and pencils, I can probably fit a few granola bars in there, too. And the bottom pocket can fit my 8 inch tall planner no big deal. Additionally, the anti theft pocket can fit anything 12.5 feet tall. Finally, the water bottle holders are both elastic and fits my 32 oz sports water bottle. Also, they have the little loopies on both and there’s one on one of the inside compartments. (Some of stitching is sketchy, but you get what you pay for.)To sum up, this bag is an absolute unit. I’m gonna use for school because I’m also doing college classes.I might update this later to say how long it held up.Edit: well it survived the rest of the school year (though it wasn’t much obviously)

Perfect for travel and college Film essentials!
This backpack is so stylish and cute! the material is really good. It won't get so soaked like other backpacks in the rain but will get a little sprinkle here and there. I am a college student, Film major to be exact and let me tell you that when I say its perfect for film essentials it is cause it carries it's weight perfectly without hurting your back and looking like it has millions of zippers. its practical, resistant, well obviously to an extent. it has 3 cute zipper pockets. one in the back for hiding wallet, phone, or any other secret stash you want to put in. and 2 on the front. it has some extra security with the lock clips and the close pull rope (sorry forgot the name but you get what im saying). Over all it has some cushion for your laptop, in which I have difficulty finding a backpack for just my laptop. my laptop is a 15 Inch so bet your bottom that it will protect it from getting scratched. What I carry in my bag is My MacBook, 2 notebooks, Hardrive, Portable charger, My essential bag (Cords, MacBook charger, phone and extra charging chords, SD cards, stick drives, adapter etc.) My makeup bag, Wallet, Body spray, Bus pass, Deodorant, headphones, coin purse, Keys, pencil case and some cute big charms. Still has storage for more. Trust me this bag is great!

Not worth the price
Very disappointed upon opening the package. The material it's made of has a very cheap feel and the unit was not what I expected in terms of quality, given the price point. The shoulder straps have hardly any padding and when the bag is full, it quickly becomes quite uncomfortable on the shoulders. If you are looking for a backpack for hiking, this is not it.
