Love the way nothing sticks to it. Food evenly cooks, lots of room, super easy to handle.

Cleans up nicely after being seasoned.
Plenty of room in the bottom of the pan. Sits nice and flat on a glass top stove and cleans up easily after seasoning. I used it for scrambled eggs, browning beef and for pan frying fish.

Moving To Stainless Steel
So the offspring are deep into the teflon documentary and pushing me to make a switch. Okay, it's probably too late, but my name brand, expensive pans were growing pocked and well-worn so I thought I'd try this one pan out. Listen, if you heat this baby up BEFORE adding the oil (the reviews are spot-on) it works beautifully. Yes, I'm using Barman's friend or whatever it's called and yes, maybe a little soak time helps (don't tell my husband who thinks soaking is cleaning). I did order the recommended lid because it doesn t have one so as my other pans give up the ghost, I will be replacing them with this line.P.S. the other company is completely replacing my teflon pans as part of their guarantee so I may be looking to offer those up to someone who isn't concerned about teflon.
