****UPDATE 9/25******Been in contact with the company via email. Takes a very long time for them to reply. They have offered to refund me 80% of the selling price/price I paid. I am refusing to be refunded 80% of the price. The item is defective. This is really unfortunate. The vacuum broke in less than 3 months by no fault of my own. Save your $$$ and buy a Shark. Lesson learned.******UPDATE 9/17********Vacuum died. Charged it fully. Throughly cleaned out the filters. It only works for 8 seconds on the lowest setting, then dies. No troubleshooting works. Save your money. This thing is junk and not even 6 months old. So disappointed.*****UPDATE 8/25/2020*******Received the functioning unit. I am pleased with this unit. It works as advertised. HOWEVER— there is NOWHERE to buy replacement HEPA filters of this size.... so, I think this is a scam, at best...... since you cannot replace the HEPA filters, as advertised. Yes, you can wash the stainless steel piece that holds the HEPA filter.... but you can’t replace the actual filter. Sad.So I bought this vacuum because it’s small, discrete, cordless, and all the filters are washable- perfect for sucking up the cat litter that my cat kicks out of the boxes!! The suction power has two settings, both are really powerful! I was sad to learn that for whatever reason, my unit wouldn’t stay charged for more than a few minutes. I made sure to fully charge it for the time recommended before first use, so I was bummed when it wouldn’t hold a charge. I tried charging it in different outlets, I even tried charging it in the car, but nothing. The little charging light would indicate it was fully charged, but when I would go to use it, it would die after a few short minutes even on the lower setting.I was bummed because I read so many great reviews about this. I even sent one to my friends as a house warming gift! (There’s works perfectly btw, no charging issues whatsoever, they said they can use it for about 20 min on the most powerful setting before it needs to be re-charged).The company reached out to me a few days after I received the amazon package to ask how my new vacuum was. I thought this was considerate of them! I told them the truth and the problem with the vacuum not holding a charge. They offered some troubleshooting via email, and sadly, nothing worked.I was so upset because now I just wasted $50 on a vacuum that doesn’t even hold a charge or work properly! I could use it, but only for not even 2 minutes until it would die. I was frustrated and honestly just wished I had purchased the Black & Decker Dustbuster I saw (one of the lower-end models) for a fraction of the price.....To my surprise, the company apologized over and over again for the defective vacuum. They determined it was a faulty/bad battery that couldn’t hold the charge. However, the battery is not detachable, so they said they will send me a new unit, with the expectation that it will work properly.As frustrating as this whole experience has been, I will say that their customer service is top notch. I didn’t even ask for a new unit, or my money back. Once we realized we couldn’t troubleshoot/resolve the charging problem (we were communicating via email), the company immediately offered to resolve the issue, without me even having to ask. This is really considerate of them and I truly do appreciate it! I am excited to get the new unit so that I can (hopefully) use it like how I intended to, and will leave an updated review once I receive the functioning unit!

I bought this vacuum just so I could have a handheld one. I have a Shark vacuum and a Roomba, but I wanted one that would be an easy go-to vacuum for small tasks. It's not the best vacuum for fabric covered items or for getting pet fur off of fabric furniture, but it worked for the little messes on tile and was AMAZING for dusting the baseboards around the house!! And it was the perfect size for vacuuming up the inside of a car!It has an easy to empty dust bin, it is super lightweight, the charger plugs into the handle side, it charged up in less than an hour, and it comes with an attachment for crevices! There are two power settings: when you press the power button once, it turns on, and if you press the power button again, it will have stronger suction. Overall I am extremely please with this purchase!

I've had this vacuum for just over a week and I love it. We use it to clean up around the table after my kids eat, in the playroom after playdoh, and in the car after a snack!The power this vacuum creates blew me away. I was not expecting it to be so powerful since it is also extremely light. The package says less than 1 pound, it's light but still doesn't feel cheap.The charging stand is great, it fits on a table or counter easily and gives the vacuum a nice spot to hang out in without committing to drilling holes in the wall like other handhelds. It also comes with a car charger!The battery seems to be pretty awesome for how small it is, we've vacuumed for 10-15 minutes straight and not had any change in suction.It has two settings of suction, high and higher!Overall, I am very impressed with this little vacuum and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a handheld vacuum for the small to reach places, small messes, or if you want to include your kids in the cleaning up because it's so light!As for longevity, if I have any issues, then I will update accordingly.5/5!

I purchased a Mooso K12pa and I was so impressed with the power and the battery charge duration. Other brands I have had do not hold the battery charge this long. An added plus is the second power speed you have. Works excellent however have not had to use it much being that it works great on the first speed. I have used it for cleaning window sills, floor moulding, and vacuuming my car. I was so happy with this purchase that I decided to buy a second one to keep in my car. Still working off the initial charge which has surprised me. This is the main reason I purchased this item.

When I first bought this the battery wasn't lasting long and suction wasn't good. The company immediately replaced my vacuum which I really appreciate. I'm super happy with my purchase. It it charges quick, suction power was strong enough to pick up even small dry dog food If you remove the smaller nozzle. The original nozzle also has a little brush that folds down. Very light weight and easy to handle. This is very useful for getting in between and under appliances for dust, dirt, cobwebs and dog hair. I also like the fact that I don't have to buy a separate filter as it is reusable metal. You just easily snap it open and dump particles in the trash.

This little vacuum works great! My 10 and 12 year old sons like it so much they went around vacuuming the window seals and along the baseboards. It is super easy to use. Good to vacuum out the car as well.

I drive for uber in a little economy car and, so far (I've only had for a couple of days), this vacuum works great for quick, light-duty cleaning between trips.UPDATE: worked well for several months then wouldn't charge. It's tricky to get the vacuum contacts to line up with the base but even when I do and hold it, the blue light just comes on momentarily and then goes off. so it won't charge and won't work anymore. No response from customer service. Guess I'll chalk this up to a loss. Bought a black&decker because need something to clean the car
