Bought these a while back and they have done me proud and are still doing so. Nice and warm and comfortable. Decent length and fit and hard wearing. Can't find any fault with them so have no bad points to make. 10 out of 10

Overall I’m happy with them for the price. They are on the thinner side where you can faintly see your skin through the material. Not sure how they’ll hold up in the long term.

A sock is a sock? Well no... there are to many variables to say that but there all serve a general purpose and some better than others! Lets start with points of note.The fit: I'm size 11-11.5 and like my socks medium/medium-tight fitting around the foot and short fairly loose ankle. An almost impossible combination but that's just me. These state size 9-11 and I find the fitting just right around the foot. If you are someone that likes a tight sock and are size 9, I would suggest going for a smaller size. With my slim calves, these are a good fit if I pull them up, and fairly loose if I push them down, again just how I like, however they are massive. Pulled up all the way without trying to rip my toes through the end they sit a good 35cm from heel on the floor to top of the cuff. To some that might be perfect but as I like them pushed down, it leaves a fair amount of fabric bunched up around the ankle which took some getting used to. The cuff is fine for me (even when pulled up) but I would imagine it being pretty tight on larger legs so rugby players look elsewhere. There are no joins in the cuff, it is as the pictures show so very comfortable and smooth on the skin leaving no impressions in my legs after an afternoons test with them up.The feel: They are soft and comfortable, so much so I actively seek them out in the sock drawer over all others which is why I'm going back for more to replace my entire collection bar some trainer socks. I've had them a few months and been through plenty of wash cycles in that time and are still lovely and soft, to the point I can tell by feel over other socks in the drawer. Quite handy to avoid putting the light on and disturbing the Mrs!Conclusion: Time will tell how they last up over the next year or two, and with other cheap brands (think supermarket or Primark) being able to be had for a similar price, these win on quality and softness, they just need to last to be the obvious choice for the price point.

I purchased the same socks about a year ago. I have found them to be comfortable, warm and hard wearing.
