Q: Does this tank come with a pump? If so what fuel is is rated for?

I purchased this 80 gallon aluminum smooth tank for mounting in my pickup bed. It fits perfectly under the bed cover I had installed earlier. This tank does not come with a pump, any standard or universal pump will work on this tank. If for gasoline use be sure and get a pump rated for use with gasoline. This tank is rated for either gasoline or diesel. I have gasoline in mine, no problems. It comes with mounting hardware for installing in a pickup bed. The tank is of good quality, the fill cap is on the opposite end of the tank from the pump mount, and there is not a fuel gauge. There are baffles internally in the tank to minimize sloshing. Overall a good tank that is easy to mount in the bed of a pickup.

Q: Will this fit a 2005 F250 short bed?

I purchased the RDS manufactured 80 gallon smooth fuel tank and installed it in a 1989 F350 long bed. Both the short and long beds are the same width, just different lengths. It will fit in the 2005 F250 short or long beds.

Q: Is it ok to keep regular unleaded gas in this tank? I assume it's fine to keep unleaded in it, but any concerns to be aware of other than treatment?

Yes it is ok to keep unleaded gas in this tank (80 gallons aluminum). Gasoline has a short lifespan so be sure and use a fuel modifier like Stabil to store more than a few months. Always be sure to use proper grounding when transferring gasoline to or from this tank. I have had no leaks or surprises, and I used the mounting bolts supplied with the tank. I put 80 gallons of regular unleaded gasoline in this tank and it cost over $200. I used Stabil per the instructions on the bottle and it says the treatment will last up to 2 years. It is not to be used as a auxiliary tank for gasoline only diesel , it can be used as a transfer tank for gasoline. Pump is not included with the tank.
