I do not write reviews soon after purchasing a product. This item was purchased in August 2022 and I am looking to purchase another one almost 3 years later. This product is excellent, I use it daily because it holds many items. The only draw back is the bottom hook by the cell phone, pulled away from the fabric reason is, once it is clamp the magnet holds tight making it a bit difficult to pull apart. On the other hand it keeps your phone secure. The bag is still in very good condition. The fabric, not even a pull or knick, it is water resistant.

Need something for peace-of-mind when traveling in Italy this summer, but there are SO MANY to choose from on Amazon that it was hard to decide. This one was pretty close to the highest ratings so I took a chance and I'm really glad I did. I would give it 6-stars if I could!The one I ordered is black- but seems more like a dark grey. Definitely not jet-black like the shirt I'm wearing in my photos. I could not see any difference between black and grey in the Amazon photos.It's definitely designed to be worn over the right shoulder. I did not see a version made for left-shoulder, but I tried it that way just for fun (with the zipper-side against my right-hip) and it is just as comfortable- but not as functional because the pockets are not accessible.It is SUPER LIGHT! I hardly even notice it is on me. Even with the basics in it (phone, wallet, charging cables, tourbook, passport, etc.) it is very comfortable and won't bother my back or shoulder. Shoulder strap has enough padding and ergonomic design to be comfortable. I am 6' and wear it with the full length of the shoulder strap let out.You can see from my photos that it has a natural curve shape to it, which makes it lay nearly flat against my side. I was worried that it would be bulky, but it's not. It is comfortable exposed, but would disappear completely under a jacket too.Lots of storage space which is all plastic lined (good in case of rain). I love that the top pocket has velcro instead of a zipper. My only complaint would be the bright white WATERFLY embroidered lettering on the side- but I solved that with a black sharpie marker. Now the letters blend right in to the bag color. :-)

Bought this for a trip to NOLA in Feb. It's really comfortable to wear, and not hideously unattractive on a curvy woman (which surprised me). It was lightweight and awesome for the purpose, so much so that I didn't move back into my usual leather purse when we got back. I use the snap section for my glasses/sunglasses, and occasionally stick a water bottle in there. I use the velcro section for my phone. With the extensive use that entailed, the velcro was pretty secure at first, if horribly noisy, but the stitching around the fuzzy size eventually (maybe 3 or four months of daily abuse?) pulled free. I haven't yet stitched in a replacement, and it holds my phone fine. It was meant to be a quick travel bag and it served that function and so much more. I understand that pocket was not intended for this purpose; they designed the snap function with it in mind and that was pretty wise. Ultimately I think the velcro should be replaced with another zipper. I love this brand; I have a super-adjustable fanny pack with dual water bottle spots (lemme tell ya, it's SEXY AF) for hiking. I recommend this bag for any trip you might be taking, but for daily use, don't expect to use the velcro pocket like I did.

This little travel sling bag was a gem of a find. I wanted something thin/slim that hugged my body enough to wear under my clothing if need be on vacation and waterproof. I also wanted not too bulky yet stylish/cool looking w/o it looking like like a fancy pack from str8t the 80's. If you know, you know lolThis sling bag feels like it was tailored just for me, fir I carry a lot of thin papers, receipts, wallet, notebook, etc. Duly note, in looking for any type of travel bag, make sure it fits your needs/lifestyle. What do you carry? What do you need it for, functionality? How many pockets, color, material, and how much does it hold? Etc...I must of looked at 100 before deciding on this one. But I knew exactly what I wanted. Just had to find it. I highly recommend this product.

In my quest to find the perfect cross body bag I now own three of this style bag, all are different brands. I own a Wander Plus (not from Amazon), a Flex Moves (not from Amazon) and this Waterfly. I like the Waterfly best, but there is room for improvement. I would like to see a clip at the end of the strap that would allow the user to remove the purse without taking their jacket off. And, some of the stitching could be done more accurately/neatly and with thread that matches a bit better (I'm a seamstress). They could also remove the divider in the large zippered section, things being inserted into this section have a tendency to hang up on that divider. And last but not least, I would prefer another zipper or a snap on the section that has Velcro, I am not a fan of Velcro. I really like the fabric that this one is made of and the size. I also like the size and placement of the pockets. That said, I may purchase a dark gray one in addition to the navy blue one I already own. Hope that information is helpful to potential buyers.

The media could not be loaded. Got this for a trip later this year. Wanted something that gave us a secure way to hold our valuables during the trip. Just enough pockets for all the essentials. Looking forward to using soon.
