I was In an accident that left me with a right ankle that the surgeon described as the bones looking like a puzzle. Well after 4 months of recouporating I'm in physical therapy. My therapist uses a more expensive board that only rocks back and forth. My new board moves in any direction you choose. I also am very happy with the size. It allows me to move my foot in different positions to really streach it out.

Bought to help increase rom after breaking both leg bones at ankle and having surgery, with plate and 9 screws put in. I use it on carpet by a banister to hold onto as needed for balance. I think it is helping. The grandkids like to play on it too.

i have a standing desk in my office and home office, been using this for several weeks and it's great.
