Works just as it should. Was pretty simple to slide into position through molle. Bungee straps are sized correctly for army issue CAT (Combat Application Tourniquet). The carbon fiber is pretty solid. Very little flex. As a Medic, I couldn’t recommend enough.OD Green carrier with Ranger green tourniquet holders. Function is great.

I was looking for a way to carry a tourniquet on my hunting pack. This works, but the loop are pretty small. Would be problematic under stress.

I used this with a CAT tourniquet. I was concerned that a TQ might be difficult to remove from the elastic but it is super quick and easy with the CAT. It must be installed correctly though. If you only install it behind one molle web, the entire holder can sometimes come out when you pull on the tourniquet. The whole thing comes detached from your battle belt/lbv/bag/etc and then you are holding the TQ with the holder still attached by one of the elastic loops. If you install it correctly this is not an issue. 3 rows of molle webbing are ideal. 2 rows are adequate, but then the TQ should only be removed in one direction depending on which tab you put under the webbing. Bottom tab under webbing then remove down. Top tab under webbing then remove up. It's not as complicated as it might sound, it is just something to be aware of. You don't need to fuss with a TQ in an emergency situation. Install it correctly and this is a nice piece of minimalist gear.

I always hated taking up mag pouch with tourniquet or using some other awkward wrap method to attach to my vest. These are easy to install. Very pleased. Will be ordering more.
