These patches have been a game changer on my journey to quitting, offering me just the right amount of pep to keep me from cravings. I transitioned first a year ago from tobacco to vaping, yet have been hoping to cut nicotine once and for all. I cut patch in half (21mg divided by 2= 10.5 mg).You are NOT supposed to cut in half as nicotine will be unevenly distributed.Wore it for 12 hours overnight.Woke up several times in the middle of the night but DID NOT SMOKE.I did not crave a cigarette the moment upon waking, which I usually do. I had 2 cups of coffee before my 1st cigarette.You are not supposed to smoke at all while wearing the patch but I did smoke, only not as much. Overall I think it stopped the nicotine cravings 15%-20%.It contains clove, chrysanthemum and codonopsis (?), says this plant makes you alert.My side effects were minimal, weird taste in mouth and a few rapid heartbeats.They say to start at high dose (21mg) if you are heavy smoker.I think you should start at the lower dose (7mg) if you are a heavy smoker. I say this because a long term smoker will still WANT to grab a cigarette regardless in the first stage of quitting (cold turkey is brutal). But you can overdose on nicotine if you wear the high dose and smoke so it’s a fine line.

It does not tell you up front that it is not nicotine! It is dangerous medically . If a person is using going through withdrawal from nicotine they should not switch to a different patch !

These feel like a fair value. The patches are not to big and seem very thin. They stuck to my skin very well. They function decently for me.

I started using these and after completing all 3 steps, I am no longer using any nicotine! These work really well, they are a bit bigger than expected, however they are easy to use and are very sticky!

While these do have some nicotine in them how much is unclear (the insert says 12%, not 21mg).Having used other products it’s clearly not 21mg of Nicotine.

Curved my craving but did not make me not want to smoke. I’m not sure if it’s because o have a highly addictive personality but these patches didn’t cut out the need for a smoke completely. Overall if you’re a normal person and just wants to quit these might be great for you. Sadly they didn’t help me out but in my past I’ve experienced what’s needed to quit smoking cigarettes. So when the time comes I’ll cut the bad habit.
