Needed some largish bags for taking garden waste to the tip after they banned old builders bags. These are a decent size and much easier to handle than builders bag. They have a handle at the bottom to aid tipping. The plastic ring around the top keeps them open when filling. They are a bit more durable looking than I expected and so far so good but too early to say how long they will last. The gloves were ok but, like other reviews, I would have preferred that the bags themselves were a little cheaper.

I bought the biggest ones available and they are huge, great for moving my garden waste to the tip. Great.

Sturdy enough for garden clearance , should last a while

I cannot complain at the price of these 3 bags + a pair of gloves (albeit I didn't need the gloves), it is ok for £16 ish. However I thought they would be similar to the bag I had which on checking is by Bosmere (bought at a garden centre but cannot remember the price).I subsequently compared them as the photo here. There is a big difference in quality, the bosmere bag is tough and sturdy and much thicker, much harder wearing, strap on bottom, stronger straps etc, will last years. Whilst these bags are quite flimsy and I can see they will tear quite easily although better than a plastic bag obviously. I am yet to test them but hopefully for grass and light garden waste they will be ok. But if they don't last maybe the purchase was a false economy. Having compared them I have now ordered another Bosmere bag anyway which was £27 for 1.
