Currently working with customer service to get a new rail. Mine came bent. Thinking it wouldn't make much of a difference, I tried to put it up. Don't be like me. Contact customer service. They are spot on! Even though I contacted them after the fact, they're sending me out a new rail and hardware. Basically, I put myself through 6-8 hours of unnecessary work trying to make the bent rail work. To be fair, I didn't even realize it was bent until the hardware didn't line up (after drilling holes in header board). I'm not happy that I have to take this down and get a new header board to put new rail back up but... Am impressed that customer service was so responsive and really worked with me! The door hardware was easy enough and truly is exactly what I wanted.

Got it quickly. Very sturdy & holds a lot of weight. I built this custom wood panel door to hide all the electrical & generator panels. The only hold back is all the parts are 304 stainless & not 316 stainless steel. My customers live on the coast of NC & really need the 316. So I coated everything with marine grade grease. Works very well.

Whew! What an adventure this door has been! We were looking for the right hardware and it got lost on the way here. Then we found this and liked it even better! It made it here and we were finally able to get the barn doors up! Thank you!

The quality of this track kit is great. The rollers just 'silently' glide from one side to the other. very pleased with the product.

Quality of this product is excellent, design could use some work. It's not predrilled every 16 inches, it's every 20. So you either need to mount it to a header, or drill new holes like I did. You also need to be very precise when mounting the mounting brackets because if they don't line up exactly when your done, attaching the bar is gong to be impossible.I'm cheap and handy so I'm satisfied, someone who isn't would have had a really hard time installing this.
