Product is good, but delivery had an issue , read below
At first my parcel box packaging was terrible, and there was a dent in it possibly delivery person putted some heavy items on it,So I went for a replacement and the second parcel was good,It's better than what offline stores offer youAnd best at this price rangeAnd there is a 360 ball which was not shown in pictures , quality looks good, mobile mount is also of better quality than offline one's

Worth the money.
Very good quality tripod stand very much satisfied with the product.They even provided mobile phone holder which is top quality as well supported both camera and mobile phone.Height of the stand is more than enough and it is very stable in full heights.Only downside is that High winds might knock it down if the weight is not distributed properly.else it is very goodBought it in sale for about 250 INRbut would buy even if it was 500 INR10/10

Spring Mobile holder can't hold in portrait. Make springless sliding holder 0-10 inches
Mobile holder is too tight and spring based and can't hold bigger phone of 6 inches and above in portrait mode. They should make mobile holder springless but sliding up and down with a screw based plastic bolt to tighten wherever mobile size ends with gap range of 0 to 10 inches. Bottom Tripod is ok

Good tripod with serious flaws & sturdiness
The media could not be loaded. [Tygot 3366] With the below detailed review, disclaimer is that I have returned the item for a replacement get a better piece with correct 'Fast Fitting place locking knob' that may make the whole piece worthless.Value for money: (3/5) The price is mentioned 3999 and was bought for 799. Initially it looked a value for money since it serves the purpose of mobile, DSLR & action camera (I have a DJI Action too). But disappointed in first use.Ease of use: (5/5) not much complicated and no assembly required. anyone can use it like any other simple tripod.Weight : (5/5) with 670gm weight it is perfect to carry.Looks: (5/5) With all black, it looks elegant and expensive.Build quality: (2/5) Very fragile and not ideal to carry on serious trips. my OMD-EM1 Micro4/3 (The lightest DSLR) makes it tilt. Not perfect for serious photography. It certainly cant hold the claimed 3kgs.Size : (4/5)Ideal portable size of 21mm with a max height of 140 cm

Not good but it's is what it is
Product is ok but the pivot quality is not goodThe angle is off where you mount your phone so it's is very difficult to adjust angle with attachment
