cheap option if you only need the motor.
I knew there was a reason this kit was cheaper than the rest, but I was curious so I bought it knowing I can do custom work on my bike if need be.It arrived much sooner than expected, well packaged but no instructions. Everything appears new EXCEPT the speed controller. It has a scratch on one of the labels that my experienced eye recognises as a greasy tool hitting it. Also, the only connection that the throttle connects to, is labelled "derailleur", leading me to believe it was simply ripped out of some defunct chinese ebike.I bought some batteries, 2x 12v 10ah to equal 240w at 24v. I hooked everything up and when I connected the last battery connection, there was a very weak spark and then the throttle did not operate the motor. I disconnected the battery, tried again and this time no spark at all, and still not working. Discouraging, but I'm sure it was hooked up the only way that makes sense. So, I simply used a light switch to test the motor straight off the battery. I figured first I'll give it the fastest flick on/off I can to see what happens. The motor accelerated so strong it flipped right over on the table! I was glad I only flicked it, this thing clearly makes good torque and I love the 400rpm rated shaft output to a bicycle sprocket, great for custom builders like myself.I did some more research using the part# on the motor, and found out I actually got a 350w motor! This means I can use bigger batteries, I suppose my 10ah could be like backups if the main batteries. Im taking my time with a custom mid-frame install on a mountain bike, and I may have to buy a quality controller.I'll finish by saying what they already tell you. ONLY buy any of these kits from L-faster if you are mechanically and electronically inclined, I saw so many bad reviews on the higher priced kits that I did not think were fair. If you want something that's going to easily bolt onto your bike without having to research and learn and probably build, then spend the $400 or so for a full out lithium battery kit with a motor inside the wheel.

... brake set that I can put on my tire like the one in the video
All the bicycle shops in my town won't do this or help me they said they can build me a custom Tire to fit this for around $350 is there a particular type of Tire I am supposed to buy to fit this free wheel gear and I can't find a disk brake set that I can put on my tire like the one in the video showed

Really good parts
I liked the arrival time. I didn't like it not having how to put it together on paper.
